Agoge Team & Leader Development; is a leadership consulting firm and we utilize industrial psychology and military Special Forces Principles to solve business problems. Agoge enhances and develops individuals, leaders and teams through training curriculum’s, interactive learning and experiential training to improve the organisations’ effectiveness and ability to achieve mission success.

We do this for the dynamic, hard-working eager leader that wants to constantly improve on the status quo.

What is our Mission

We are striving to create a reality where both the organisation’s and the employee’s goals and aspirations are aligned.  Through creating the understanding for the entire organisation, on the impact that each team has on each other and the impact that each individual has on the organisation, we focus on developing the understanding of the importance of teams and the individuals have on the organisation’s success.

We believe that the organisation’s success is determined by every team member’s understanding of where the organisation is going, why is the organisation going there and understanding the role that each team member plays in the organisation’s success.

We want to create environments where if all basic expenses are paid, and one can live comfortably – would they consider going without a salary (for ANY amount of time, long or short) if asked to. If asked to: Would they stay? We want a business to be a place where everyone would say yes. This is our vision explained. We want to create companies that are great to work for.
